		<description>Top Tip: Put the clean egg in in the simmering water whole, shell on, for 10 or 15 secs before you crack it in to the water. Firms it up just a bit. Crack egg on a flat surface, not the lip of a bowl for less yolk breakage. Swirl water, add egg. Bingo.</description>
