Earlier this summer I shot the wedding of Emma & Matt at the lovely East Riddlesdon Hall near Keighley.

Their big day was ace fun, shooting in & around the amazing National Trust building, beautiful lake and manicured topiary

Since then I’ve been approached by the National Trust to become a recommended supplier there!

It was quite an honour really, as the National Trust are quite selective about who they allow to photograph their properties.

I met Matt & Emma there for their pre-wedding meeting & practice shoot to get them limbered up for their big day.

But the real reason we met there was cos their cafe carrot cake is pretty special.

Any cake that’s so big it has to be wedged into an already massive cake-holder is good with me.

The pre-wedding shoot is a great op to find spots we can use again on the day.

We used this image on the cover of their wedding storybook.

There are loads of ace little spots for pics round the grounds

The drive also makes for a cool runway to get the wedding party involved.

They did a lovely job dressing in the Old Barn for their wedding breakfast.

Speeches were quality too.

Onto Emma & Matt’s first dance, before a long nights partying!

So – if you’re around West Yorkshire tomorrow and would like to check out a bit more of my work, albums or just pinch some sweets off my stand, drop by East Riddlesdon Hall and say Hi!  I’m informed I’ve been given a spot between a cake supplier & a chocolate fountain and am opposite the bar.  I’m not sure I could have chosen a better spot…
