Get involved! // 4 page spread Feature in Digital Photography Magazine [by Barnaby Aldrick Photography]

Greetings!  Hope you’re all well cool out there!

A few months back, not long after blogging our Australian holiday pics & movie highlights I was approached by the Editor of Digital Photographer magazine in Australia who asked if I fancied writing a feature for them on wedding photography for their just released Wedding Issue.  I pretty much had a free rein on subject matter, so inspired by some sage advice I’d read by Chase Jarvis about how to become a better photographer, & written in advance of David Jay’s industry stirring ‘spray & pray’ Photo System, I penned down my take on getting involved in the exciting world of wedding photography:

The team at Digital Photographer did a cracking job at weaving my images & chat together into a 4 spread feature!.  Check it out:

Happy days eh?

I did another little feature for them too, ranting about Canon’s lineup & the release of the mkIII, which I’ll feature on the blog soon.

Party on!

Barnaby Aldrick - Very funny, Mr Booker! Cheers for the kind words. B

Rich - Best thing ever! Any idea if it’s possible to buy a couple of copies somewhere? I could only find the option to subscribe.

AnnaCarin - Really good article! Fantastic! Congratulations! :D Love the picture with the windy veil.

AnnaCarin - ps. watching your images makes me really, really want to get married in some English castle… Haha! You will be well out of my pricerange then though. :)
