On Saturday I had the very great pleasure to join Tim & Tom for their photography at their gay wedding at Tower Hill Barns in Trevor, near Wrexham in Wales!
This was a special day in so many ways. Not only are this pair very much in love, WORE LOADS OF AMAZING TWEED and had their lovely dog Henry there in a family tartan bow tie –but Tim and Tom are close family friends!  So my mum was there (and delivered a lovely poem about how love is like owning a dog!) and another close family family friend Gill (Tim’s Auntie) presented the wedding ceremony with Tom’s special Auntie Lynn. So it was a lovely family affair, and a beautiful day to boot!  Trevor is in the rolling hills of the Welsh Marches, near Wrexham, and sports a fantastic giant iron aquaduct.  Castles dot the hills, mist sits in the valleys and the turning leaves were in every shade of autumn, like natures very own firework display!
The day was a blast too, with a mulled cider reception, followed by jacket potatoes and chelsea buns for desert!  Tom’s an astoundingly good musician in the Military, and punctuated the day with fabulous music from harpists, Welsh singers, a woodwind band, a ceilidh band (called out by his dad!) and a function band to rock into the night!
