Last Saturday I joined Nicola + Rich for their wedding photography at Wood Hall Hotel & Spa in Linton, near Wetherby in God’s own county of Yorkshire!
It was was one of those beautiful dry Autumn days (18 degrees!) where guests could relax outside and really take in the stunning view across this Autumnal valley… And even more special than this, the valley viewed from Wood Hall looks right onto the Collingham Street on which Nicola grew up!
While I followed the girls side of the story at Wood Hall (with a starring role from their little boy Reggie!), my wingman Hamish joined the chaps for their morning preparations in Horsforth. Then the day went off without a hitch, with plenty of time for reception mingling, after a shower of confetti, family groups and a few portraits around the turning terraced gardens. We bid our farewell after hilarious speeches and a final night shot, leaving the gang to enjoy the rest of the evening’s celebrations!
