Yesterday I joined Kath + Paul for their dragons and purple-themed wedding photography at Hazlewood Castle, nestled in beautiful bluebell filled woods between Leeds and York and Tadcaster!
My wingman Tim Atkinson (of Stott & Atkinson Photography) and I joined these guys early doors, for their relaxed preparations around the castle, ahead of their 11am ceremony – which was hosted on the lawn outside, with only a little April chill in the air! Then so began all manner of entertainment across the day, from afternoon magic and caricatures, to a room overflowing with casino games, a photobooth, an awesome band, and finished with an outstanding firework display! And fundamentally, the thing I love most at any wedding, the couple at the centre of the show were super cute and massively in love!
