Last weekend I had the pleasure of joining Eleanor + Alan for their wedding photography at at The Star Inn in Harome, near Helmsley over the North Yorkshire Moors!
The Autumn weather on the journey over for this classic Yorkshire Wedding was a bit grim, but thankfully the sun decided to put it’s hat on from the ceremony onwards! So after a relaxed morning around Cross House Lodge – the beautifully converted barn over the road from the famous Star Inn – we managed to get a lovely set of photos outside!
The Star Inn is arguably THE BEST Michelin-Starred gastro pubs in Yorkshire (& there are options, let me tell you!), so a wedding meal at the Star is an intimate foodie delight, cheffed up by non other than the Star’s owner and head chef, Andrew Pern!
So after an intimate ceremony & delicious meal, guests enjoyed the evening reception in a stunning Papakata teepee on the lawn, with a live bands and a feast of a cheese table! Happy days!
