Just before Christmas I joined Jo + James to photograph their wonderful winter wedding at Goldsborough Hall, between Harrogate & Knaresborough in Yorkshire.
After a moody misty start, it ended up such a beautiful day all round! They both got ready with their party people at Goldsborough Hall and it’s only a hop, skip and a jump to the church (which adjoins the grounds of the Hall!). A good friend of theirs starting out in floristry (called Plume Floristry) did a wonderful job with the flowers, bouquets and buttonholes around the Hall & Church (and even Goldsborough’s sentinel Lions got a necklace)! The afternoon reception & meal was filled with magic and entertainment from a singing compare, and the evening even had a glitter bar (a fantastic party call!), sparklers and our silly photobooth! So this big day wasn’t lacking in fun things to do…
