Yesterday I joined Rachel + Mark for the photography at their wedding at Broughton Hall near Skipton in the Yorkshire Dales!
It was a brilliant day in a frankly breathtaking setting! The Yorkshire Dales are stunning at the best of times, but Broughton Hall, with it’s grand reception rooms, and gigantic guilt paintings & staircases, made for an outstanding backdrop for this special day. And Rachel, being an event’s organiser by job, knew how to throw a party! Guests were even involved in singing along to the string quartet’s ‘It Must Be Love’ to close the wedding blessing! The details everywhere looked fab, from her red-soled Louboutins, jam jar pink lemonade & giant helium balloon (that almost ended up stuck on the roof!). Mark’s contribution was bringing possibly the best wedding blazer I think I might have ever seen! And closing the show with surprise fireworks was the icing on the cake…
I hope you enjoy their wedding story!
What a lovely day!  You really couldn’t ask for more!
So, here’s wishing Rachel + Mark huge congratulations and a fantastic married life together!
