Yesterday, Hamish & I joined Belinda & Neil for their wedding photography at St. Matthews Church in Rastrick, followed by a lovely reception at Bertie’s in Elland. The day itself went off without a hitch and was a brilliantly relaxed family affair, celebrating these guys having been together for over 13 years!
Being a fan of all things sparkly, Belinda did a fabulous job dressing up Bertie’s grand ballroom into a stunning, Gatsby-style black tie doo, accompanied by an ace ragtime-style swing band. After the dinner speeches were concluded, the evening celebrations kicked off with close-up magic & a spot of blackjack/roulette, before first dance fun & hog sandwiches! All in all, a wonderful day was had by all…
As well as the highlights in this blog post, you can also view & purchase prints from Belinda + Neil’s wedding (including their pre-wedding shoot and the full set of wedding images in under a month from now) at clients.barnabyaldrick.com/BelindaAndNeil (the password is the brides surname and the grooms surname, eg. SmithJones).
I hope you enjoy the story of their day below…
Fab day hey? Here’s wishing huge congratulations to Bee & Neil, a high 5 for being great sports, and a wonderful life together with Billy & Annabel!
