On Saturday I joined lovebirds Jonathan & Lucy for their wedding photography up at The Pheasant in Harome, over the North York Moors!
It was a wonderfully relaxed wedding, and these guys are so lovely together – so clearly in love.  Lucy looked stunning her self-drawn & custom made Caroline Castigliano gown, with beautiful flora by Michelle’s Florists, Pontefract. After a touching service at the Church of Saint Saviour over the road, it was back to The Pheasant for delicious canapés & mingles.  As a wedding venue, it’s perfect for an intimate gathering; furnished in tweed, antlers and wonderful country touches (right up my street)!  And although the weather drizzled its way through the morning, after the wedding speeches (including an excellent best man speech from Jonathan’s young son!) the sun put it’s hat on and shone away all evening, allowing us a fab golden hour portrait shoot!  Evening guests then had their minds blown by the brilliant close up magician Russ Appleby, then after cutting the cake Lucy’s Auntie made, DJ Ollie got the party going into the evening!
So here’s wishing a massive congratulations to the very lovely Lucy & Jonathan, and may you guys have a very happy life together indeed!
