This week I’ll be joining Katie & Alex for their big day over the North York Moors at The Pheasant in Harome!

I love shooting up there; as it’s not only in a beautiful village, the place is brilliantly dressed and is packed with all my favourite gentlemanly things – like tweed & antlers!

Plus the food is immense.

As always though, before the big day I like to catch up with my couples to chat about their big day timings and hitlists; then afterwards I put them through a squirmy practice portrait shoot to show them how it feels to be papped!  It always helps to get everyone more comfortable with the portraits on the big day, and even makes them quicker to do; which means more time to mingle and drink champagne! We decided to meet at the Abbey Inn in West Leeds, famed for it’s real ale options and CAMRA endorsement, then we headed for a quick stroll down the canal for a few cuddles and giggles.  Here are a few of my fave pics…
