Last weekend I joined Jackie + Tony for their wonderful wedding photos at Weetwood Hall in Leeds!
This adorable pair met on a blind date to see guardians of the galaxy 2 back in the day and are just made for each other! It’s always lovely to see a pair so in love, kissing and connecting at every opportunity!
My gun for hire (read ‘second photographer’) Brigitta & I joined these guys at Weetwood Hall hotel for their relaxed morning preparations. They only had one wedding party person each to keep things chilled (which really works!). Sadly, the brides ‘Man Of Honour’ Tom – a longtime buddy and military music maestro – ended up stuck out in Gibraltar and Jackie had to ask her best pal, cake baker and matchmaker to step up to the fray! Everyone had a lovely morning and the ceremony was held in the original, ancient Jacobean part of the Hall before spilling outside (once the ‘summer’ rain had passed)!Â
A blast of confetti and a quick round of family & couple pics later, and we were enjoying a full round of speeches (bride and newly appointed chief bridesmaid included!). Then as the heaven’s re-opened, it was over Weetwood Hall’s ‘new part’ for an evening’s shenanigans!
